4. CUSTOMER DUE DILIGENCE

– Suspend/terminate accounts for non-compliance
– Report suspicious activity to FINTRAC

5. FEES AND CHARGES

Outlined in client agreements or official pricing schedules. Subject to change with notice.

6. USE OF PLATFORM

Clients agree not to:
– Engage in unlawful or restricted activities
– Bypass compliance controls
– Compromise security
– Use false identities

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All logos, software, and content are proprietary. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. DATA PROTECTION

We comply with Canadian and international privacy standards.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GYZYL KUM LLC is not liable for:
– Delays or external factors
– Unauthorized access
– Indirect damages
Maximum liability is limited to service fees paid in the last 3 months.

10. TERMINATION

Accounts may be suspended or closed for:
– Policy violations
– Non-compliance
– Fraud or risk concerns

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Disputes will be resolved in Vancouver courts.

12. AMENDMENTS

We may amend these Terms anytime. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
